To make life easier for you, I have made all the downloads self-extracting files. What that means, is that you only need to double click on the downloaded file and follow the directions in the dialog boxes. It's much easier than the old .ZIP format. The "file extraction" or "file unzipping" may take a while and progress bar may not move while it's "extracting" but rest assured it is working. Just give it some time and it will eventually finish "extracting/unzipping" the file. Below you will find tutorials that walk you through the process of purchasing an item, downloading it, opening the files and viewing them. Need more help? Email me!
